Shipping & Returns

Here at THE SHOE RACK we understand online shopping can be tricky at times and sometimes things don't work out. We want to make online shopping with us as risk free and easy as possible.

If you receive your order and aren’t 100% satisfied or it wasn't what you were expecting, we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange on your purchase. Please note we cannot offer refunds on sale items.

SHIPPING

All New Zealand orders take approximately 3 working days to be delivered once the order has been processed. All orders are sent by New Zealand Post. Please bare in mind due to COVID some orders are taking longer to arrive. Please be patient :)

All Australia orders take approximately 10 working days to be delivered once the order has been processed.

Orders are shipped during business hours Monday - Friday.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

1.        Within 14 days of purchase
2.        If your purchase is unworn and in its original condition including original packaging
3.        Include your receipt to receive a full refund 

4.        Returns are at the expense of the customer

5.        Please email sales@theshoerack.co.nz and notify us of your return so we can look out for it.

RETURN IN-STORE

1.        Come into THE SHOE RACK 
2.        Bring your receipt
3.        If your refund matches the conditions of return, it will be processed within 3 days. 

MAKE A RETURN VIA POST

Return postage is at the expense of the customer.

1.      Make sure your item is in its original condition also including the box
2.      Please post your item with your receipt to 18 Polygon Road, Saint Heliers 1071
3.      Once your package has been received we will check the items. Once approved your refund will be processed within 5 days.

SALE PRODUCTS

All sale items are final. They can be exchanged but not refunded.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
